too much words

i get a bit upset when misunderstandings happen... no mutual understanding... and both sides get strained.... sometimes too much words are spoken...

i shd learn to shudup more -_-

Something silly...can't immediately stop thinking about it but try to think about something else, talk it out, flush it out. Don't talk, stuck inside. =_= It'll get better.
